Thank you - it nice to see how units are set up and make things work. There are many ways to address needs of wards and stake especially as building systems are upgraded.
Some day, I will share what we have done -
The goal to have the set-up a stream lined and simplified system, while still providing good options for our meetings .
Ours is now is based around the "extron building system" with "ATEM Mini video control". Zoom is on a dedicated PC and another laptop to provide over lays and optional video feeds to one channel in the ATEM Mini
