Donation page will not load

The donations page will not load. I keep getting an Error 400. It has been this way for a week now. I have never had a problem before and have not changed any of my account settings. Need help. Thank you.

Try using incognito mode. Church web pages suffer from cookie buildup. Incognito mode is a quick check to see if it's the problem.

If the donation page was down for everyone, this forum would be flooded with posts. Yours is the first I've seen in some time.

I'm having the same problem. An Error message says HTTP ERROR 400.

I can't get in either. I get:

I just checked and had no problems. I am on Windows 11 and using Firefox 12.0.2 (64-bit) and Chrome 113.0.5672.64 (Official Build) (64-bit).

If you're using Chrome, click on the three-dot menu in the upper right corner and select "New Incognito window".

For other browsers, it might be the three-lines and have a choice like "New InPrivate window", or "New private window".

For the Chrome browser and other browsers based on Chrome use the instructions on the web page New Incognito Window.
For the Firefox browser use the instructions on the web page Private Browsing.
For the Safari browser use the instructions on the web page Use Private Browsing windows.
