The membership number does not contain your birthdate.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

This account you posted with has your membership number on it. If you are having problems getting to your ward directory with this account, posting additional details here will help us troubleshoot the problem. Also you might try on a different device, a different browser, or in an incognito window. to see if any of those options work.

If your account has your MRN, then the problem may be that your records are not in any ward. Did you recently move?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I can not access my ward directory, can someone call me [Number removed], I have been trying for many weeks or months; please call!

Your question was answered here. You need to log in using an account that has your MRN attached to it.
