Did this change take place? Does anyone have the instructions? GSC told me yesterday that the integration between events on meet.churchofjesuschrist.org and broadcasts.churchofjesuschrist.org for posting local events is still not functioning.

Please let me know if anyone knows otherwise.

On "Meet", I can see a zoom event with a "publish" switch. Presumably turning that on will allow the event to appear on the page. Otherwise you have to use a code.

So, this appears to be a front-end for zoom meetings.

I get a 403 forbidden for meet.churchofjesuschrist.org. Hopefully if they are going to use it as a front end, they open it to other people that will likely need access to it rather than just tech specialists.

I got that too, but then switched to incognito mode and went to the main page first.

Communications library message came out overnight.
Looks like stake Exec secs aren't listed (Ward ones are) which would explain why it didn't let me in.

Cookies bit me as well. Interesting that I haven't seen issues elsewhere on any church webpages, but "meet" definitely needed me to go incognito.

Note that this is a separate issue to the 403 cookie issue. The incognito/clearing cookies gets me past the 403, but then I get the "No Access You are not authorized to access this service" message.

Yes, Executive Secretaries and Clerks are NOT listed above the Ward/Branch level. But Technology Specialists can.

However: "Additional callings can be added manually." Which raises the question of if they can add themselves. I'm not seeing any controls to add people in "meet", so may be in LCR.

My question is if there is some kind of filter. I published our Stake Conference in December but on the broadcasts page it does not show up under the local broadcasts. Is it perhaps because it more than 30 days out?

In another topic someone mentioned that they published a number of meetings but that only meetings within the next two weeks appeared. He is watching to see if events more than two weeks away will show up on their own.
