Provisioning family history center computers?

Post by devinbost »

A couple of new computers were sent to one of the new technology specialists in our stake. He said he needed a code from Salt Lake to get them started.
Issue 1: Where would I get that code?

Issue 2: One of the ward technology specialists apparently wiped the computers to try to bypass the code. He got them working, but I'm concerned about what may have been removed from the computers. Does anyone know what these computers are provisioned with? How could I restore them to the configuration from Salt Lake?

You'd need to contact FamilySearch Center support. I think you'd do that though the regular FamilySearch support: FamilySearch - Contact Us
