Need help with mission photos

I just started my mission this Sunday. My google photos will not allow me to download any photos because it says I am using more than 17 million GB's of storage even though I have no photos? I tried contacting google and they said it has to go through the administrator of my email. Is there anything I can do?

The support missionaries in your mission office might be able to help. If not, the suggestion near the end of the post immediately above/before yours might be useful: "report a problem using the link on mail.missionary.org"

This is a missionary-wide issue, and the Church is working on the problem. Not much we can do until they fix it or provide additional direction.

Soooo my Google photos storage used to be like 5 g or something and all of a sudden it cut straight down to like 100mb??? How do I fix that and is it a church email problem or is it a Google problem that can be fixed? Seems like my whole mission had it happen to them

Who can i contact to help troubleshoot an issue with my missionary's Google account? His Photos app is not working due to some kind of storage glitch that popped up. It is mentioned on Google help forums but with no resolution.

We're sorry for the confusion and difficulty that this issue is causing. It is due to an unanticipated change made by Google to storage limits. We are currently working with Google to resolve the issue which is causing many missionary.org accounts to show they are out of storage. Full-time missionaries, including those who are pre-MTC, should refer to the known issue on the Missionary Support Website for ongoing updates. We hope this will be resolved shortly!

Hi,
My google photos says my storage is full, but I am unable to manage my storage since this is an organizational account. It tells me I am using 1.65 PB out of 100TB. This makes no sense. Is this a church wide storage issue?
I understand photos and drive do not share storage (my drive has plenty of room). How much storage do I have on Photos?
