There seems to be a disconnect between my lds account and the membership info m clerk can access. Since I got married, three years ago, my clerk changed my last name on my membership records. It is unlcear why this hasn't transpired on my lds account, even though I have it linked to my membership information. Please help.

Your ward clerk or membership clerk is probably the best person to help figure out and solve this. If your ward clerk can't solve it himself, he can arrange contact with the Global Service Center if they need to be brought in.

Does it appear correctly in the Ward Directory and Map website? If not, then the membership record still isn't correct. If it is, then it's a problem with the temple portal. Is there a contact/feedback link on that page?

You may wish to ask your clerk if he has checked your name in four places. Your Full name, your Preferred name, your Maiden name, and your Household (last) name. Any one of these can cause the problem you are seeing if it is not correct.

If the temple portal information is still wrong after that, ask your temple reorder or his assistant to check and see if your name imported correctly from Church records. It is also possible that if you were already in the temple system when your name changed, it did not update in TIS. Your temple recorder or assistant will be able to follow up on that also.
