I'm getting the message "Unable to reach server" when I open the FIR reporting app. It displays at the bottom of the screen for a few seconds then goes away. At first I just thought it was a busy time for the servers in SLC, but I seem to get it all the time. At one point I was not able to get in at all and my login was being denied. I've since gained access and even submitted an FIR, but I still get the message.
Is this happening for other people also?

Hummm... I just tried it and got in. Have you tried the usual stuff, like deleting cookies issued by the church domain, or trying it in incognito/private mode (depending on your browser)?

This is on the phone app. I just re-installed it and now I can't login again. I get a message "Access Denied" "Our apologies, but it seems that you are not authorized to use the Facility Issue Reporting System". It has a button that says "View list of authorized positions", but it returns an error.
This has worked in the past so I was wondering if others are having similar issues.
I am able to access the website without any problems.

I am not seeing any issues or error messages on my Android phone.
