It says my username has already been taken
I'm having various problems with my account. It says my username is already used. It is my email address. My account also says that my membership ID and birthdate don't match. I don't know what is going on. Please help me.

Just a guess, but it sounds likely that an account already exists for your email address username, and there may be an error in your MRN or recorded date of birth. I'd suggest you talk with your ward clerk or membership clerk and get a copy of your Individual Ordinance Summary and correct any errors in your date of birth that might show up there. Then, it sounds like it may be necessary for you to ask the clerk for the phone number for the Global Service Department.
