That's an interesting email domain. It certainly isn't available to the general membership. I'd ask whoever got you that email how to get support.
I'm suspecting your email is wrong. The one attached to your account is firstname dot lastname at churchofjesuschrist.org which makes more sense than at "meet.churchofjesuschrist.org".

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
