Hello, I sent multiple emails but other than simple troubleshooting they suggested they couldn’t give a solution and no more replies.
The service missionaries section is not showing up correctly. For example, I am a service missionary and the calling is correctly registered in the LCR, but my name doesn’t appear anywhere in the service missionaries section in the app. Same for another member. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks in advance,
Elder Foresta

Re: Service missionaries not showing up correctly
It's possible it's failing to sync. Try going into "settings" and "refresh" the data. if that doesn't work, try logging out of the app and logging back in.
When you say it's in LCR, is it entered as a "standard position" or custom? I wouldn't expect custom to work.

Yes, all these things were suggested by the support. I tried manual sync, full restore, delete the app, full log out and log in. How can I check if it’s standard or custom? The other people registered as service missionaries in LCR appear correctly except me and another one. Thanks

Re: Service missionaries not showing up correctly
In LCR, custom callings have an asterisk next to them. Even if they are the exact same name as a standard calling, custom callings won't provide any access beyond a regular member. If this is the case, the clerk will need to remove you from the custom calling and enter you into a standard calling. You probably can't fix it yourself.f.foresta wrote: Thu May 16, 2024 1:56 pm Yes, all these things were suggested by the support. I don’t see any asterisk or am I looking in the wrong place?

Does your Mission have somebody assigned to do "tech support" for situations like this? Now that service missionaries are integrated into their local Missions, my hope would be that this could be another route for you to explore. I have no knowledge, but it may be that the Mission has access to additional Church support points that might be more familiar with this (or more responsive to requests).

I'm not entirely sure, but aren't missionary callings entered in by CHQ and then they show up in Tools? It's that way with teaching missionaries.f.foresta wrote: Fri May 17, 2024 12:14 am I don’t see any asterisk or am I looking in the wrong place?
