Re: My Covenant Path report
I'm and counselor in the stake RS. Over missionary work. The June 23rd training for covenant path progress. Mentions returning members but there is no tab. Does anyone know when this tab will appear?

Re: My Covenant Path report
One of the results when searching in the Forum for "Covenant Path Returning Member" gives this post:
https://tech.churchofjesuschrist.org/fo ... 50#p237750
If you click the training pdf link in that post, in the FAQ section of that document it states that "Including returning members in Covenant Path Progress is being considered for the future".
My takeaway is that until that point, one can continue using the 'old' NRMM report to track the progress of returning members. And that eventually it will all be included in the new Covenant Path tool.

Re: My Covenant Path report
Being able to ADD Returning members to the Covenant Path Progress pages would be REALLY HELPFUL.
As the wards in our Stake are doing a One by One program to work with inactive or less active members to help them come to the sacrament and go to the temple.
Tracking all those assignments would be very handy as the training talks about returning members, but at present, there is no way to add them.

This Tech Forum serves primarily as user-to-user discussion and self-help. Most Forum members likely agree with your view, but we have no connection to the Church's IT system. Re: My Covenant Path report
I have been trying to find an explicit list of who in a unit or stake can 1) access the report and 2) update the repot. I've seen some general references to "ward leaders", but nothing definitive. It is also not listed in the feature access by calling page (my first go-to). Is one available?

Re: Covenant Path Progress report
The usual report to look at in LCR for what callings have access to features is at the LCR > Help > Feature Access by Calling report. But unfortunately the Covenant Path Progress report is not listed there. I did find a Help Center article titled Covenant Path Progress Report. In that article is a link to a training presentation that shows who has what access on slide 9, Who Has Access.pdnunnally wrote: Fri Aug 30, 2024 1:00 am I have been trying to find an explicit list of who in a unit or stake can 1) access the report and 2) update the repot. Please note that having that article in the Help Center library makes that information available to everyone and not just those with access to the Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR) website.

The Covenant Path report provides for recording of sacrament meeting attendance by new converts. Do you have the WML/missionaries enter this or the clerk who counts the attendees?

Re: My Covenant Path report
In the Strengthening New and Returning Members: Suggested Training Outline, bullet #10 states that "Those with edit access can record sacrament meeting attendance" (with the "edit access" list described earlier in the doc). That appears to indicate that there is flexibility to adapt this to whatever works best for each individual unit.iquique73 wrote: Tue Apr 22, 2025 9:00 pm The Covenant Path report provides for recording of sacrament meeting attendance by new converts. I'd just add that at the top of the doc it states that "Elders quorum and Relief Society presidencies are responsible for the day-to-day missionary efforts in the ward, including the nurturing of new and returning members." So another option would be for the EQ/RS secretaries to enter sacrament meeting attendance for those new and returning members. Each unit can determine what process is best for them, but it's nice to have those options to discuss.
