Temple recommend activations

Temple recommend activations

There are two members in my stake who I personally activated their recommends (verified by looking at their member profile) yet their names still appear on the list of those who need their recommend activated. This has been the case for some time now. How do I resolve this?

Were the recommends printed as well? And where are you seeing that the recommends are not activated; on the member app or in LCR? Suggest you reach out to the stake clerk for assistance.

Their names still appear in LCR on the recommend activation page. I just called a new stake clerk this morning but I will check with the outgoing one.

A call to the Global Service Center might be necessary. It's possible there is a record lock somewhere, although the odds of two of them happening in the same area of LCR at the same time make that questionable.
