Personal Computer for Senior Couple Missionary Service

Personal Skill Level: Intermediate - Advanced for Laptop Issues -- 30 years of experience as User

Issue: Served as a Senior Missionary Couple with two laptops, one of which was personal and has returned home with us (8 months ago). Shows symptoms of still being assigned to the Church of Jesus Christ -- such as Software that was likely loaded while on our mission and password change protocols that are tighter than a Windows 11 home computer protocol.

Question: How do I determine if my laptop thinks it is still associated with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?

Question 2: How do I remove that association if the answer to Question #1 is YES?

I'm not familiar with the setups they use.

What have you tried so far? And, what problems would this cause?
