Missionary Portal Access

Hello,
I am signed up to be a service missionary to work in the office at the Gilbert, Az Temple! My bishop told me the next step was to submit my picture and start date in the missionary portal. For some reason I can’t get in to the portal. Can you assist me with this please?

This is a user-to-user discussion forum, so nobody here has any official ability to help solve portal access problems. Please make sure your Membership Record Number is connected to the Church Account you're trying to use to sign in. Then, please try private or incognito mode. If that works, then try clearing your browser's cache and deleting Church-related cookies to hopefully get regular mode to work. If that doesn't work, there are solutions to Church Account problems here: viewtopic.php?t=43778

If timing is urgent, please call a support phone number if your bishop or ward clerk can find one. Worst case, the GSD can likely help or direct you to someone who can.

If timing is not urgent, please share what happens when you try to sign in, and somebody might know of something that might be useful.

That is a very broad statement. Could you provide some specifics as to how your are trying to access it and what specifically happens and/or any error messages you may encounter?

My son submitted his missionary papers to the Bishop without finishing a couple of things and want to correct it. Is their a way to reverse it back to him for updating or is it too late?

I believe it cannot be reversed, but if the bishop has not sent it to the stake president he should be able to make the changes for him.

No one here can do that. Have you gone to your bishop to start the process? That's how the process is started.
