Mission Application

My son started his mission application September 22. We have had nothing but obstacles beyond our control. Dr. office losing the paperwork, YSA wards realigning, which in turn means changes of bishops. The paperwork was never attached, and we are locked out of the application as well as the new bishop. No one seems to be able to help. Is there a number to call? It is frustrating and extremely discouraging. This decision has come 2 and a half years from when he could have gone. Please help.

The new bishop should be able to get the number from his clerk and discuss the situation with the Global Services Department. The GSD should be able to work out problems with the application that are technical in nature.
