Sync Fails

Sync Fails

Every time i try syncing on Member tools it says “Failed to download, Please try again later.” And it been like this for months for me, Any solutions?

What version of Member Tools are you running? I think it has to be at least 5.x to be supported.

The current version requires iOS 16.0 or higher.

I'd try logging out and back in.

I Haven't Even been able to get past the start of the app

Try uninstalling the app, restarting your device, and reinstalling the app. Make sure you have good data service by using Wifi rather than your cell service data for the initial start after reinstalling.

You might want to talk to the ward clerk and make sure the MRN on your account is accurate and that record is in your ward.

If your records are floating around in "address unknown" then there's nothing to download.
