My page on our ward directory says that I have blocked my information. THAT IS NOT TRUE. Neither I nor my husband requested that our info be blocked. Please unlock those orange locks as soon as possible. At the very bottom of our page it says that we came from Canyonlands. Never heard of that! Thank you

Go to https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org/visibility
Set your desired visibility. If you select 'Ward and Stake presidencies" that will cause your information to have a lock icon. That just a warning to viewers to honor your privacy preferences. I'm not sure if setting it to 'Ward Members does it.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

The clerk can change most things on the records, but I don't know as he can fix that. It sounds like your membership record took a detour in getting to your new ward. It happens. When one of our children went to college, the clerk there requested and moved our whole family instead of just the individual student. Quickly recognizing his error, he sent all of our records back as individuals. This required us to reform the household into one big family again.
Since then my record shows that I moved into my current ward more than 10 years later than I really did, married, with a large family of children, from a YSA Ward that we never would have been allowed to attend.
This all happened 25 years ago. As one of the oldest and longest tenured members of our ward, this has perplexed ward and stake leaders for years. But my record was in that singles ward for a few days and that is the unit from which it returned here to my current ward.
I use this as one of my two prime examples when I am asked to provide training for membership clerks.

That's the current name of the unit. It had a different name when you were in the ward. There's been talk about a project to get the historical names of units into the system so that those kinds of things could be displayed in the name at the time you were there.
