Notes and annotations are not syncing between app and web

Notes and annotations are not syncing between app and web
I'm using the IOS version of the library app on both an iphone and ipad. My notes and annotations are syncing between the ipad and iphone but are not showing up on the web version. If i make a new annotation or add a note on the web version, i'll see it in the IOS app, but all of my years of notes and annotations from my app are not showing up on the web version. I've signed out and synced several times, but to no avail. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry that no one has responded to you yet. I have seen this topic pop up in other conversations, so if you search the history, you might find some results. I don't have any suggestions beyond what you've already tried. I believe there still may be a forum for the mobile apps. If you find that, you can try cross-posting there to see if you get any results.
There is a church employee who periodically visits these forums who sometimes will comment on such issues or have suggestions, but there's no guarantee that will happen. If you haven't solved your problem, don't give up...come and post back and maybe someone will see and respond. This is a user-to-user forum. Church employees sometimes visit and participate. Otherwise, it's us helping each other.

Are you signed into your Church Account at ChurchofJesusChrist.org? Are you looking for your notes and not seeing them at Study.ChurchofJesusChrist.org (in content), or at Notes.ChurchofJesusChrist.org, or both?
