Letter to former spouse for a Sealing Clearance.

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for the template to a previous spouse for a SEALING CLEARANCE for a brother. The previous sealing has already been cancelled. The General Handbook says that even if the previous sealing has been cancelled, a sealing clearance is still necessary. One of the steps is requesting a letter from the previous spouse. The application also says that a template will be provided later in the process. This is true for the sealing cancellation as I have already done that for a member. For a sealing clearance, however, there is no template. I have read every thread on this forum twice in an effort to find this.
What am I missing?

As sealing clearances are a relatively rare occurrence, it may be that the system is currently missing that specific template and that nobody has ever gotten feedback back to the developers to resolve it. So if your stake president also cannot find it, I would encourage you to take advantage of this moment and submit Feedback with the specifics of the situation.

You could also ask your stake president if he can ask his area seventy about this. That might help get some weight behind resolving the issue, and also the area seventy might be able to access the template and share that with the stake president so you don't have to wait for any LCR solution.
