How Many Copiers per Meetinghouse?

Post by acoustictrout »

Is this the correct complement of copiers/printers in a meetinghouse?
One in each ward clerk office
One in the resource Center (AKA library)
One in the stake clerk office (if a stake center)

If a building has more than this, should the excess be disposed of, and how should that be done?

Not sure the purpose of the list or printers/copiers, but there may be a printer or two in a Family History Center.

I'm not sure what FM is providing these days, but I'd expect the ward clerk to have a printer, not a MFP. (However, many wards run out and buy their own as soon as the church provided printer shows signs of age.)

Also a MFP in the Resource center as well as one in any FamilySearch Center.

Our stake clerk's office also has a MFP, but I'm not sure if that's standard.
