Tools App Goes to White Screen in iOS 18.3.1
This seems to be a reoccurring problem with Tools lately. I first thought that it was me device. No, several members in my Stake seem to be having the same problem. When you tap to open the App, you get a blank screen. Occasionally it will roll over to the church login page, when it does if you login the Tools comes back with all the tiles.
Why is this happening and how do I remedy it????

What is your connectivity at the time? Is this in a church meetinghouse (so Liahona and it's splash screen might be a factor), or are you using your cellular data plan?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
