Good afternoon, everyone So I have been called as technology specialist I don't know what I have access on church leadership things. I can't login under GSD and a few other things as well. Do I need to contact church headquarters about it?

I am ward level but I am helping with the stake too. I was doing this calling in my old ward out in california but my main calling was membership. Know that i am in this calling here in utah i dont know what access i have and dont have. I know that I dont have access to LCR and FIR which is fine, but i need to know what i can and cant do

The responsibilities are spelled out in General Handbook 33.10.
I think the short answer for ward specialists is there's isn't much access. They might have access to the Zoom account to do webcasting, but that's handled outside of church authentication systems.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Nice, I was recently called as a ward technology specialist as well!
You should have access to manage events at Meet.ChurchofJesusChrist.org. If you create a Zoom webinar in your Church-provided Zoom account, it will show up here, and you can toggle whether it should be visible for signed-in ward members at Broadcast.ChurchofJesusChrist.org.
Also, you should have access to manage sacrament meeting hymns, elders quorum lessons, and Relief Society lessons in Gospel Library. The intent is so you can help other leaders learn how to use those features (ideally you shouldn't be editing them yourself unless there's a need). See Gospel Library Overview Videos, Gospel Library FAQ, and the Help section in the Gospel Library app.
