Member Tools 5.2.0 (for ios) Sign In Issues

iphone 15, ios 18.3.1

This past week Tools exhibited issues with [Sign In]. It would not display sign in input boxes for username and password. My screen area between the blue Christus / church name strip and the bottom gray Christus / terms and notices strip is white. Up until this stopped functioning, I have been using Tools successfully for many months. After several attempts at removing and reinstalling the app and changing various switches, turning the iphone off and on, I was unsuccessful in resolving this issue. I have been able to sign in to other church apps with no problems. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Has anything changed as far as web browsing? VPNs, security firewalls, etc? From other posts, it seems the sign in page may actually be a web page.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

My husband has been having the same issue with his app. When he goes to sign in, the web page that loads doesn’t show the username and password boxes; all that loads is the header and footer for the page. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting his phone, etc, and still can’t get it to work. His iOS and app are both on the most recent versions.

What does he have for a default browser? If it's not the usual default (Safari?) then I'd change it to that to see if it fixes it.
