downloading and syncing ward members
I can not get tools to work. Every time I try to sync my phone to my ward, I get an error message saying I have an invalid ID. Also it shows a bad request code of 400. someone please help

1. Older versions of Member Tools may not be supported. Current is 5.2
2. You must have a MRN associated with your account.
3. Your records must be in a ward. If you've moved and haven't visited your new ward your records could be in limbo. Check to see if you can log into Ward Directory and Map.
4. From the Member Tools FAQ: "If are able to sign in but have a special character, symbol, or an extra space in your password, update your Church Account password to be alphanumeric."

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
