Parent/child membership recorded

My daughter does not show up under my membership record. I show up under her membership record. Her birth mother passed away, but we had her under the covenant and I remarried and my wife adopted her so we both should have legal accountability for her, but neither of us have her under our membership record

Assuming the adoption is final, you'll need to contact your ward membership clerk. Odds are he'll have to contact support to fix the linking.
