I don’t need to change my password. There was a FamilySearch class with multiple helpers trying to log me in. They did not believe that I was using the correct login . When they finally gave up and went to help others, I signed in without any difficulties.

This is a user to user forum, not a church help desk, but if your password is still working, there is nothing you need to do. With multiple people all trying to log in with your same user name and password, that could have caused the problem.

As an aside, it is likely your Family Search password also accesses the Church web page. Since that would mean data unique to your calling, if any, and also the financial side as well, it is not a good practice to share your user name and password, even with others who are trying to help you sign in. For security, you may wish to change your password at this time.

No one here can do that. I'd suggest using customer service of wherever you placed the order.
