I don’t need to change my password. There was a FamilySearch class with multiple helpers trying to log me in. They did not believe that I was using the correct login . When they finally gave up and went to help others, I signed in without any difficulties.

This is a user to user forum, not a church help desk, but if your password is still working, there is nothing you need to do. As an aside, it is likely your Family Search password also accesses the Church web page. Since that would mean data unique to your calling, if any, and also the financial side as well, it is not a good practice to share your user name and password, even with others who are trying to help you sign in. For security, you may wish to change your password at this time.

I need to change my email address on an order I just placed.

If you placed the order with store.churchofjesuschrist.org, there's a "contact us" link at the footer of the page.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
