Why can't I reorder the Liahona magazine on line as they said we could?

What problems are you experiencing? I just checked and I had no problem going through the process. I did not take the last step so I cannot confirm whether the renewal would have gone through.

I was able to renew recently. Make sure you are signed in to the Store. Even if you are signed in elsewhere at the Church website, the Store has a separate system and requires that you sign in there to do Store functions, such as magazine renewal.

And if you still have online troubles, you can always call the Store customer assistance number.

I am a ward clerk. A member of my ward gets the magazine because she can't read on a computer. She gets all the magazines except the conference issues. How can I fix that for her? is there a way to get the last conference issue?

I renewed the Liahona magazine before April But I didn't get the magazines from April and May .Is there something that can be done to get the magazine please ?

I too stopped receiving the paid magazine subscription and when I learned about the new no-pay option, I signed up in January of this year (mainly because there was no other option). By the middle of April I still had not received any new magazines, so I called/emailed and they sent me the April edition. I still haven't received the next edition for May, so it looks like I'll have to contact them again.

I would gladly pay for a subscription if it means I get them on time and without hassle of contacting them each month.
