So I'm the ward technology specialist, and one of our members had their account when they were younger, and it was tied to a phone number and email that she no longer has access to. She doesn't remember her password.
Every time she tries to reset it sends the info to her email account that she no longer has access to. What can she do? is there a phone number she can call to have her account reset?

Based on earlier similar questions asked and answered, it sounds like the member should call the Global Services Department. A clerk can give the member the phone number. I'm told the GSD will talk only with the members, not with a clerk trying to assist the member. The GSD will ask some questions to verify the member's identity before updating the account.

I can confirm (as a clerk) that the GSD will not talk to the clerk even if you have all the info.
