Re: Members without certificates
I'm not sure if this is still helpful, but I was able to pull together a report for our ward to check that each adult member has been verified. Someone mentioned this before but under Administration on the homepage, there is a new link for "Government Certifications Expiring Soon". Click on "All Organizations" and "Active." This should pull up a report with all of the members with certifications, and you should see the 'Utah 2024 Youth Service Organizations' certificate for those who had them added. It's better to copy and paste this list into excel as opposed to printing it/downloading the pdf and then doing it.
I then went to the Membership Directory and downloaded that report, filtering by age, etc. Do a lookup formula to find those who should have a certification but do not. My understanding is that although they wanted us to check those in callings dealing with youth, ideally they want this extended to all members. It'll only make it easier for the bishopric to quickly check a member's certificate status if they want to issue call someone in the future, etc.
