API Access to Ministering Details
I am the secretary for Elders Quorum and have responsibility to coordinate quarterly ministering interviews. It would be very helpful if I could programmatically access the relevant details that are needed for scheduling these interviews. The main information needed would be email, phone number, name, partner, and which district they are in. At a minimum, if this cannot be provided via API, there should be a way to pull this data directly from the web UI. I can pull bits and pieces and stitch them together but I haven't found a way to pull a custom report that has all these details. If one does already exist, does anyone have those details they can share?

The Church doesn't provide any publicly-available APIs for membership data or Church Account authentication – you'll need to sign into Leader and Clerk Resources or the ward directory (online or in the Member Tools app). You can send feedback in Leader and Clerk Resources or Member Tools if there are specific reports or filters that you'd like to suggest.

Re: API Access to Ministering Details
I am also an elders quorum secretary and I have found it fairly easy to contact the companionships just by starting in Member Tools in the ministering brothers section. I can start with a companionship and start a text message thread with them from there. Once I get a reply I've just added them to a simple spreadsheet calendar to track which days/timeslots I've allocated. I also add them to my contacts (from tools) so that the text threads are easier to track.
