Access to Sacrament Hymns beyond Sunday

A simple problem.

I'm the ward technology specialist, after I was called the Bishop decided to try to start doing Sacrament Meeting programs again. (the plan was to do online -- QR code version, but he decided to start printing it too).

Our ward music leader puts the Sacrament meeting hymns in the Library app. She is really good at putting the hymns weeks ahead of time.
The issue is, I can only see the Hymns in the app on Sunday. I can see all the ones she has entered and I take a screenshot of the coming weeks, but is there no way for me to be able to see the hymns beyond sunday?
The ward music leader has made last minute changes to the hymns, she will update them in the app, but sometimes she forgets to send me the changes. -- If she does send me the changes, its just a screen shot of the hymns in the app.
I wish there was a way for me to access the hymns entered, either in the app or online beyond just on sunday. -- a source of truth of where I can go to look them up each week.
For some reason the Hymn section only shows up on sunday, which makes sense for the rest of the ward, but is there some way I can still see the hymns even if it not sunday? -- Hide it deep somewhere.

There was a thought of putting me as some music person in the computer to give me access, but I'm not if that would work if I'm not actually the music leader.

In the hymns panel, tap the 3-dots and select "View All" to see them all.

In the Gospel Library FAQ, it lists who has access:

These ward or branch callings can select sacrament meeting hymns:

• Music Coordinator
• Music Leader
• Accompanist
• Bishop (or Branch President)
• Bishopric First Counselor (or Branch Presidency First Counselor)
• Bishopric Second Counselor (or Branch Presidency Second Counselor)
• Ward Executive Secretary (or Branch Executive Secretary)
• Ward Clerk (or Branch Clerk)
• Ward Assistant Clerk (or Branch Assistant Clerk)

Hymns can be selected using the Callings card on Home.

As a Ward Clerk, here are some screenshots of what I can see from the Callings card on Home.

I can go back one year and forward one year. Our ward also tracks music selections in a spreadsheet and we archive our conducting sheets and ward bulletin/program/announcements.

It is available, but it's pretty hidden. Tap the three dots on the Quick Links card, then choose "View Sacrament Meeting Hymns." That will show the full list of past and future hymns (up to a maximum of one year) that have been entered. This is available to all signed-in members, and it's a little safer than going to the edit view (less likely to accidentally change something).

In the Gospel Library FAQ, it lists who has access:

That is interesting, but doesn't help me much because technology specifically is not in the list. Unless the church can start to give me access.

I don't have the option for "view sacrament meeting hymns"

Is ward technology specialist and standard call? It looks like they have my call as more a custom calling.

It works for me on Android. I don't hold any Ward callings.

Make sure you're on the home page.
Locate the "Quick Links" tile
Click the three dot option on Quick Links.

Definitely well hidden, but definitely there. I hold no call either that would give access.
