new record (baby), name correction problem
I created a record for a new baby, and somehow entered the names wrong. I corrected it, so it's correct in LCR, but it's been many months and a data refresh doesn't fix the name in the app.

Re: new record (baby), name correction problem
I just created a new record for the baby, presuming that creating it right will solve the problem (instead of editing an existing), but now I can't figure out how to delete the old record. I deleted him from the family, but it still shows the old record as a member of the household (and it's still showing as being one of the Mother's children and that relationship can't be deleted).

Re: new record (baby), name correction problem
At this point, I'd suggest declaring the first one a duplicate record and the second one as the surviving one.
Also, Member Tools is not the defining record. Sync frequently fails. You have to do a refresh data found under settings.

I did select refresh data (settings) in member tools to no effect.
So I requested a merge, but it doesn't allow me to say which of the 2 records to keep. I guess I'll wait and hope they pick the right one.

Call GSD. This seems to be just getting worse and worse.
