We have one new convert listed in the "Potential" column of the "23. Converts attending at least one sacrament meeting last month" section on the quarterly report.
The "Actual" column shows '0', even though she has attended every sacrament during the past month.
When I click on the link "Converts attending etc." a popup info box appears reading, "This information is calculated by the clerk who records the convert's sacrament meeting attendance in the convert detail section."
I am the clerk who records that, and every radio button for the month is filled. Her attendance has been recorded, but it still doesn't show on the Q report. I can't click on the "Actual" number and change it on the Q report either.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,
Br. Vice

Re: Quarterly Report Convert Logging Issue
The clerk input to the "Converts (past 12 months)", lines 23-26, section is accomplished in the next section, "Convert Detail". It is just below the "Converts (past 12 months)" section. The attendance in the Covenant Path Progress tool found in Member Tools and in LCR does not auto-populate the quarterly report. You can use the Covenant Path Progress tool data to see if the convert has attended at least one sacrament meeting in the last month of the quarter and make the appropriate entry in the "Convert Detail" of the quarterly report.
