Wrong name on Relief Society Lesson card

My wife asked me why she was only seeing the "Elder Quorum Lesson" on the Home screen in Gospel Library. I looked at my Home screen and I see two cards titled "Elders Quorum Lesson". She is only seeing the second of the two. I am a ward executive secretary so I have access to set lessons for both organizations if needed. When I edit the first "Elders Quorum Lesson" I see the title of the list is "Select Talks Woodstock Ward | Elders Quorum". When I edit the second "Elders Quorum Lesson" I see the title of "Select Talks Woodstock | Relief Society". I have not been able to find a way to change the title on the card. This looks like a data problem for my ward. I tried logging out and logging in and the problem remained. Any suggestions on how to get this repaired?
