Member Number/Copy of Blessing

A friend of mine who considers herself no longer a member is trying to get a copy of her patriarchal blessing from some years back. I'm not sure if she officially had her membership cancelled or if she just stopped going and told people to leave her alone or whatever.

I know you can get access via your LDS.org/ChurchofJesusChrist account, but it keeps asking for her member number. She obviously doesn't have this info. The info I've googled says "contact your ward clerk," but she doesn't have a ward nor a clerk. She's also deaf/blind so she can't always use all the websites as their accessibility isn't always consistent. I know she can also write a request into church headquarters, but with her disability, that's gonna be much more work than she can do.

Does anyone know how to get access to her online account without a member number, or how to get her member number without reaching out to a ward clerk, or how to get her blessing without writing headquarters? She's not interested in re-joining the church and it actually surprised me that she's asking how to get a copy of it at all. She's concerned that contacting a clerk is going to trigger reach-outs from ward members or missionaries too. Any thoughts?

The member number is what makes it "her" account. She can create an account without a MRN, but it's not going to have the ability to get her blessing.

If she has an old temple recommend, a tithing printout, or other paperwork, there's a good chance her MRN is on it.

Headquarters would be the only ones with a copy.

Valid. All that can be done there is to ask to minimize the reach out and hope they respect that.
