A new member created an account using family search.org, and it successfully opened but inside the account some features on top showing such as family tree, memories, activities, etc EXCEPT 'temple' is not showing, however we tried
logging in from Church account the account always ''cannot sign in" I THINK this new account is not yet connected to the church account, we just don't know how to do the connectivity even the MRN always 'existing' when trying to enter at the profile-setting - General.
Kindly waiting for further assistance and advice from your end

FamilySearch account and Church Account parted ways in Sept 2021. Anyone using the church account in FamilySearch got a FamilySearch account with the same login/password. So, for most members, the seem to be the same. But they're not.
Assuming they've got their MRN attached to their Church Account, they should be able to login to FamilySearch by clicking the church icon first and then using the church account.
I'd also check the settings in FamilySearch: Login in, click on your name in the upper right, click Settings, at the top (a tab) click "Account". Scroll to the bottom and make sure "Show temple options" is on.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

First, go to Church Account settings at Account.ChurchofJesusChrist.org, and make sure that your membership record number is listed there. If it's not, you'll need to add it.
After the membership record number is added to your Church Account, sign in at FamilySearch.org. Click your name in the top right, then click Account. There should be an option to link your Church Account to the FamilySearch account.
