The Christus statue itself is not copyrighted or owned by the Church (the original is in a Lutheran church in Denmark, and was sculpted in 1833 – long enough that any copyrights would have expired by now).
However, the stylized artwork of the Christus statue that the Church uses in its logo is copyrighted and a registered trademark. Close imitations of the stylized artwork are likely protected under the same trademark.
In your case, you aren't using the logo, nor are you imitating the logo – it's a photo of the Christus statue from a different angle, without an arch or wordmark.
