Can't access new donations page
When I try and access online donations, I get a popup screen:
That leads to a "circle of death" screen that never resolves:

I just checked and it seems to be working. I did get both the pop-up and the "working" spinner briefly but the page rendered in less than two seconds.

... this morning it worked. Don't know why.
