Member record Number not listed as a member of the church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints
A new member just created his church account successfully. But when he tries to sign in, he receives this message on the screenshot attached. We think this is an error because his details on LCR show he is a member and head of his household since he is the only member of his household to be a member of the church.

No message was displayed, but it did show his name and possibly birth date. The only thing I saw was his MRN wasn't listed on the home screen for the account site.
He needs to add his MRN to his account. When was he baptized? It might take a couple of days before all the systems get the update. It also might be picky about the format of how the MRN is entered.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
