Titles in Spanish and Content in English

I have recently had experiences in Gospel Library and in Gospel Living where page titles are in Spanish and Content is in English. Any idea how this happens and how to fix it? - thanks

Try signing out of the apps and then signing back in to reset the language to your device designated language.

I have even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. This is on a brand new device. See 2 additional images attached. Quite a mix.

Do you have any Android system updates available? This looks similar to an Android 15 bug that was fixed in an Android update.

I do have Android 15, but there are no pending updates. I picked up the tablet this week and the latest updates were installed yesterday.

Glad I noticed this thread - this issue was bugging me for a while, and then 'magically' disappeared (or at least I haven't seen it again for a bit). I couldn't find a rhyme or reason to explain "what I was doing wrong". I hadn't supposed it was related to an OS bug, figured it must be something app-specific. But looking back I'm fairly certain the bug disappeared right around the time I probably installed the latest system update on my android phone.
