Online Store

The online store won't let me sign in. When I input my user name and password, it doesn't look like anything actually happens as when I go a product's page, I'm prompted to sign in again to add the product to my cart, but when I click on the sign-in button, nothing happens. I've cleared my cache/cookies and that doesn't help. Any suggestions?

I know there were Sunday Forum posts about LCR connectivity issues. It's hard to know from your post's time stamp when exactly you were trying to access the online store (perhaps the time stamps are reliable, but you never know), but perhaps you bumped up into the same connectivity issue?

I tried placing an online order about a week later, but ran into the same issue. I ended up placing my order over the phone.
