Since the update to the new Church Account login process, I've been unable to access ward directory using Chrome.
I can go to the main https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/ site and login (though it redirects and logs in twice), but if I try to go to the directory, as soon as I attempt to log in, I get an HTTP 400 error.
I've cleared all cookies, reset the browser, etc, but the issue persists. It doesn't matter the login method (password, token, mfa code), I can't access directory.
Does anyone know how/who to report this to or has any suggestions? When I've used the "contact us" link on the site, I've just gotten autoreplies to try another computer or browser or reset my cookies.

You might try another browser just to make sure it's not a client problem.
If that doesn't work, contact your ward clerk. Your records may have been moved out of the ward for some reason. If you're "wardless", the directory won't work.

I'm a ward clerk. I have ward members including myself who get an error 400 when they attempt to access the ward directory. It just started in the last few weeks. Not sure how to fix it since everyone's records look correct. Interestingly enough I can print a photo version of the ward directory from LCR even though I can't access the ward directory and map link.
I'm wondering if this is broken Church wide or if its just people in my ward.

I was getting the same error until I switched to Incognito mode.

RS Pres here, I clear cookies regularly. Its not that. It is just chrome. I can duplicate on 3 devices consistently. If I use Edge or other browser its fine. From a Chromebook...it defaults to Chrome and I'd have to install other things limiting space otherwise. No solutions yet to still use Chrome? Would be nice since I'm in and out of that daily and have to revert to my phone typically.
