Accessing missionary emails after mission

I would like to access my missionary emails again also cause I want to download my pictures and videos from my mission from google photos. It’s been 3 months since I’ve finished my mission. Help me please.

Please see the link in the post two above yours--the one by jdlessley. IIUC, 3 months puts you on the edge of maybe not being able to recover the data, so I'd suggest avoiding any more delay.

I continue to be surprised at the consistent volume of posts the various different threads about this topic receive. And given that the number of RM's who post to the Forum is probably quite small compared to the number of RM's who experience this issue, it seems more than just a few random cases. Not much that any of us can do, but I always think about the amount of memories that are lost each time another RM misses the time window for saving their mission emails/pictures, and it's just a sad thought.

I agree. I don't see the church's policy as wrong or unreasonable, but returning missionaries have a lot on their minds. I sure hope something better happens.
