Some time ago, the Church had an account with Office Depot that we would use to get discounts on in store printing. The Church changed to Staples and I don't believe we get a discount there with the account? I have had a leader go to FedEx to print and the clerk said that the Church had an account with them and we could get a discount if we had the number, but when I call Salt Lake they claim they don't have an account with FedEx.
The Office Depot discount was generous, so I wonder if anyone else knows of any accounts the Church has to get printing discounts?

It may be that one of your local wards or stakes has an account.silus99 wrote: Wed Nov 05, 2025 3:04 pm I have had a leader go to FedEx to print and the clerk said that the Church had an account with them and we could get a discount if we had the number, but when I call Salt Lake they claim they don't have an account with FedEx.

There's also the local/state tax exemptions that may or not apply depending on where you live. I've seen where a local ward will fill out a form at a local business that then exempts them from sales tax on their purchases. And then those leaders are released and the new ones continue doing business there, but don't realize they need to identify their purchase as being for their church, so they pay the full amount including sales tax.
Based on your O.P. it doesn't sound like you're referring to this. But a six percent (or whatever your local rate is) discount on total price can make a difference over time, so something else to keep in mind.
