Ticketing system?

Is there remote support (like Spashtop) for clerk PCs? I think we have a PC that needs remote support.

Someone changed the password to a shared clerk PC (in a YSA stake center) and either left or forgot it, so now they are locked out of that PC.

I have the property tag number and the PC's serial number, but I don't know where to report it.

You'll have to contact GSD. They can remotely manage the PC. I don't think there's anything available for local tech people to remote into a PC.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

If the unit computer was set up with a stake administrator account then the stake technology specialist can log on with that account and change the password. But as russellhltn posted, only support can log on remotely.
