Not being able to run non-built-in apps on my phone, I can neither confirm nor deny the report. Someone else in the forum might be able to. However, the most direct way to make progress toward solving the problem would be to use the Feedback link/button in the app or on the Church main website to report it to official channels. The forum is mostly user-to-user discussion, so there's no path from here to official support channels.

I have just confirmed this problem with the Android app. I would suggest you sent a bug report through the app. Android app users cannot submit new FIRs using the phone app until this bug is fixed.

A workaround would be to go to the website with your phone browser for now.

I am not seeing the issue. When I tap "Select Issue Type" I get a list of ten issue types. I'd try using the app again in case whatever was preventing the list display for you may have resolved itself.

App version 2.8.1-(33323.2570851) on Android16. It must be a recent update break.

My app just updated to version 2.8.1-(33323.2570851) on Android16 and I am still not seeing the problem. The "Select Issue Type" issue information list box shows a list of ten issue types.
