I have run into a bit of an odd issue. One of the Bishop's counselor's isn't able to approve Fast Offering Expenditures. He goes through the process of approving the expense but then it shows up as rejected. I noticed yesterday that on his phone it's not showing the FO recipient and that field gets blanked out when it gets rejected. He has an iPhone and I double checked that he has the latest version of the app. We then tried to have him log in to the web version on the computer in the clerks office but he couldn't get to the Approve Expenses tab. It just kept showing the "Uh Oh" page. The Bishop then logged in on the same computer and approved the expenses, so I don't think it was a browser/computer issue but rather something weird with his account.
Has anyone else run into something like this? Is there someone with Church IT that we could work with to figure out what's going on?

The webpage Global Service Department wiki contains instructions on how leaders can access the Church support for their local region.chody75 wrote: Mon Jan 05, 2026 3:24 pm I have run into a bit of an odd issue.
