I too have a ticket created with GSD. The latest response from the GSD is:
Thank you for reporting your issues with the meet portal. Unfortunately, we have an ongoing issue affecting the synchronization between our Meet Portal and Zoom. Some users may notice that meetings scheduled or updated in one platform are not appearing correctly in the other. This can result in meetings being present on either the Meet Portal or Zoom, but not both.
The root cause of this problem is related to our server infrastructure. Occasionally, we must restart one of our servers to mitigate the issue. When this occurs, it temporarily corrects the issues. However, it requires manual removal and recreation of your affected meetings, we are working on a permanent fix for this issue. However, that process is taking time and requires changes to infrastructure and code.
I asked:
How do I remove the Meet Portal events. I have some that are unpublished and stuck there.
They replied with:
If you remove them in Zoom they should delete from the meet portal eventually
I asked them if they could remove the stuck ones that are no longer in Zoom but show on the Meet Portal. With this response from GSD:
I have sent this to our backend team to delete.

Re: Local Broadcasts Not Showing:
I was told to delete the meetings and did so over six hours ago (at the time of posting this). The meetings are still showing on the Church website and can't be edited at all. I'm going to recreate the meetings in Zoom on Friday so we can send out with the bulletin and just stop worrying about the Church's site.

Re: Local Broadcasts Not Showing:
This is the response I received today:
"I understand that the meet portal issues can be frustrating. I got word from tier two that you will have to erase and then remake the meetings until they show up in the broadcast page, maybe even deleting and making them several times. It's a bug in the system. We have no real way of fixing it. In the meantime, you may have to just use Zoom and not even try to use the publish feature."
I have deleted and remade the meetings several times and the best result I had was getting 22/52 meetings showing up. The meetings I put in yesterday morning are still showing up even though they've been deleted for over 36 hours. We are just using the Zoom ID and our technologically disadvantaged users will hopefully figure it out.

Re: Local Broadcasts Not Showing:
Based on responses people have posted above...
The answer should be they reboot it for their clients and have people re-create the meetings. Because right now the fix is "good luck, it might work for you"... and for those of us who can't even get one meeting to show, "too bad". I would be in serious trouble at my job if I just let something externally facing site functionality stay broken and say "we're getting around to it" with no time estimate.
The real fun part is that if I load other locations in the Stake, some of them show up. But when I go back to my ward, it doesn't refresh, it just shows the previous ward's meetings.
