Book of Mormon gone from Gospel Library app

My entire Book of Mormon is missing from my Gospel Library app, and I can't get it back, no matter what I try. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, I've cleared the cache, restarted my phone, whatever I could, and I still can't access it in any way. Everything else works completely fine, just not the Book of Mormon.

I have Gospel Library v 7.5.3 on Android and The Book of Mormon is there/functional. You may have a corrupted file for the BoM. I noted you did not mention updating the BoM by pulling down on it. Nor did you mention signing out and back into the app. While deleting and reinstalling may update missing or corrupt data when done correctly, it may fail if you did not restart your device between the uninstall and the install. Not all of the files associated with GL will be removed unless the device is restarted before reinstalling.

Same issue here. 7.5.3 on Android. Tried all steps and BoM still shows blank

I have the same issue. Where the book of mormon page appears to not be mapped to the file.

I have reset my phone, logged out and logged back into the app and pulled down to refresh/update the Book of Mormon page.

I did notice when attempted to troubleshoot that using a weblink to a specific book and chapter however the page remains blank. When looking at the book hierarchy at the top it doesn't register 1 Nephi as a child to the Book of Mormon which it does for all other books in the Scriptures section of the app.

One more thing to try is to go to the Scriptures section and tap Remove All in the hidden menu (vertical ellipsis) and then Download All.

My Book of Mormon content is suddenly missing from Gospel library on my Android phone like the other person. When pressing the Book of Mormon picture, it opens to blank. If I delete the scriptures section and reload it will all my marking and notes be gone?
